”Huone oli kulunut ja tunkkaisen hajuinen. Ilmastoinnista tuli todella huonolaatuista ilmaa, minkä vuoksi oli hankala nukkua. Wifi toimi huonosti. Aamupala oli huono ja tuotteita loppu, piti pyytää täydennyksiä. Huono hinta-laatusuhde. En menisi ikinä uudestaan. ”

”Staff is always welcoming and quick to respond to any needs. This venue has existed for a few years but the facility is well kept. There was a sign at the front desk stating that the pool was out of service, but I don't ask why or for how long it would be out. Room and food service areas were clean. This is great place to stay and have some money left in your pocket when you depart! Thanks for another great stay Comfort Inn 👍👍”

”The hotel is currently being renovated so there is dust everywhere and some of the amenities were not accessible, e.g., business center, ice machine. We were in one of the renovated rooms and the bedside lights did not work. I'm guessing the experience would have been nicer had the renovations had already been completed.”

”Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. ”The bed was very comfortable. Hot water. Ok for a quick stay over on our way south.”

”For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!”

”One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. ”

”It was dirty I found hair in my bed then was switched to another room it was hair in the tub and around the toilet and the bathroom is very small”

”Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat”

”The location is kind of awkward. I had pre-registered online which didn’t mean a thing once I got there I had to pay a $50 hotel fee that supposedly someday I will get back. The breakfast was bare. Basics in the room was just as basic definitely would would not go back”
