”One good thing, the room was clean. There is no one in the office at any time there is a number you can call but no actual person the hotel is supposed to have bagels and oatmeal and light breakfast but nothing was available either morning I was there were also dirty dishes in the sink with food crusted to it and the countertops were sticky it looked like no one had been there in a while because all of the air conditioners were covered with foam and garbage bags so the rooms were hot. ”The road to the condos is extremely treacherous. The staff at the restaurant was lovely but the food came out cold and most not edible. The staff was all so nice. It’s an old hotel and needs some tlc.”

”We had a great time staying in the yurts. We were traveling with another couple and we were able to get yurts next to one another making it easier to hang out together. We definitely took advantage of the fire pit outside. I would absolutely recommend this place! ”

”Let me start off by saying that we had a great stay. It was very easy to get to Sunday River to ski all four days that we were there. That being said there are a few things that I feel others on VRBO should know. First, you are booking a townhouse that is part of the Bethel Resort and Suites. The location on the map is not the location of the unit. Check in is at the hotel front desk, which is getting a facelift, and the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. ”We had a really fun time there. Host responded immediately and check in and out were very easy. House well stocked and very clean. Hot tub fun. Great yard with fenced in area for dogs. Just understand ahead of time that the bunk room downstairs is part of the tv area; the loft is open, and the 4th bedroom is the sunroom. Also be aware that the road to the house is steep and windy. Fine if you have four or front wheel drive. Overall a very fun, kid and dog friendly place.”
