• Fire Pit: A free permit is required. Instructions are posted in the house, and the permit office is about a 10-minute drive away.
• Shoes: Please remove shoes inside and use the mudroom for storage.
• Quiet Hours: Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise down after 9 PM, especially when using the hot tub.
• Bunk Beds: Top bunks have a 160 lb weight limit, and children under 6 should not use the top bunk.
• Trash: Do not leave trash outside. Please place it in the mudroom or basement bins.
• Trails: Hiking and snowshoeing trails are accessible from the backyard. Guests must follow all hunting and bear safety guidelines.

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
