”We booked this hotel for it's location, price, reviews, and the fact that it was recently renovated. Our room looked as though it had mold covered by paint, and upon further inspection, we could see mold behind a wall outlet. We asked the person at the front desk if we could have another room and he did without any issue. He didn't seem surprised or apologize, but he was pleasant and accommodating. Even though there was newer furniture and paint, it was just new stuff covering old. The bathroom...
