The property is located in a quiet business/ corporate area. The landscape is nicely done. The breakfast area is small but, food is ok. There are two buildings A&B. Building A appears to be cleaner.
After our 1st night stay my husband noticed a few bumps and just thought it was from mosquitoes the night before. But, after the 2nd night we realized it had to be bedbugs. The bumps got larger and more showed up. I had checked the mattress before agreeing to this room, but obvious not close enough. So needless to say that experience was very upsetting.
I will say that upon notifying the Hotel Manager, Elizabeth, she was very nice, kind, compassionate and showed empathy and understanding. She also compensated us for those nights. Customer service was on point.
This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel. The first time we were in building A and had no problems. The 2nd time we were in building B.
This hotel was a great price and great location for us when we often visit family in the area. However, I'm not sure if we will stay a 3rd time.
