Pros and cons
Stay here for the convenience of the townhome’s location. There is a garage which is really nice for the raining days.
Do not stay here if you want great communication
With owners. Had to message for entry information when we arrived because nothing was sent before hand. The unit is newer but has large cracks in walls. We were never able to get the internet or television to work. Was told to connected the company myself. But since I’m not on the account or had any information on account they were unable to help rectify the problems. So if you need internet for work I would not recommend this unit. The unit was not cleaned very well so there was dog hair everywhere (this unit allows dogs). We came home one evening to water coming in through the living room light fixture. The owner was contacted and did call me to assure that someone would be over to look at it. We were also given the option of moving to a different unit.
Just a tip for future guest, if you need to reset the router (the only advise I was given on a “maybe fix”) it is located in the small guest room behind the shelf with the games. We had to find it ourselves because owner did not know where it was.
On more pro- the neighborhood seems safe and even had an ice cream truck that came around everyday at 4:00.
