âWe were able to check in early, and to our surprise, our rooms were upgraded to family suites, which was much appreciated given my wifeâs mobility needs.
My wife stopped by the front desk to ask about the route route to Lauterbrunnen, MĂŒrren, and the Schilthorn. A little later, there was a knock on our door â Judit from the front desk came by and walked us through a clear, step-by-step plan for the journey. It was thoughtful and took the guesswork out of the morning.

The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive options. Additionally, the hotel restaurant options for dinner with very good. The indoor pool/whirlpool is large and very clean. â

âI received an upgrade to a superior room which was spacious with dual aspects that gave pleasing views. The furnishings were showing wear, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appeared new with a good shower and well appointed. Breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and good quality, and an outdoor terrace with a garden was a plus. Finally, staff were friendly and eager to please.â
