”We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful cottage. It is part of an ancient castello, as a separate little house (the old mill) and with all modern amenities, lovingly restored. The views from the beautiful garden are absolutely stunning, and we much enjoyed our breakfasts in the sunshine outside. Thanks for a great holiday in this stunning cottage — we can only warmly recommend it!”

”Nice large old house with great grounds and amenities. Very close to Todi. Owner and manager are responsive and easy to communicate with. Great for large families. Out door grill, grounds and pool are amazing.”

”We had a very nice holiday! Nadia was terrific and very hospitable. We were very happy that the pool was open, it was nice and warm. We made a nice walk through the olive yard also. The house itself was clean and rustique.”

”Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. On the negative side, we did not have very much outside space and our table and sitting area were part of a shared area where other guests had breakfast or dinner so was not very private. ”Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren zu dritt, haben uns aber gefragt, wie man als Gruppe von 8 Personen die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einnehmen...

”House is very nice and tidy but what makes this place extraordinary is the view. House is up on the hill and from the balcony you can see the walls of the Bettona and closeby cities Perugia and Foligno. We were travelling on May so the villages nearby were not so active. On the summer that might be different.”
