”Sehr nettes Personal mit Champagner-Empfang beim Checkin. Sehr schöne und einladende Lobby mit Deckenmalereien. Die Zimmer sind geräumig aber der Ausblick auf einen Hinterhof war nicht besonders schön.”

”Amazing hotel. I will definitely be booking here anytime I come to Milwaukee. Very clean, spacious, and well decorated. Beautiful windows & high ceilings, great amenities. Would have liked to know the fridge is communal but it wasn’t a problem whatsoever. More breakfast options would be nice too for those with certain food restrictions. Overall wonderful stay”

”Fantastic stay at historical property which was once the old Pabst Brewery. The hotel is surrounded by other historic Pabst buildings, and very close to the Arena's.”

”The wall mounted air conditioner was apparently broken in the room, so they installed a temporary window unit that was very loud and pointed straight at the bed. Between the cold air blowing on us and the intermittent noise of the unit running, it was hard to hear the TV, let alone get to sleep. Being on the first floor, the adjoining night club was also very loud, at least when the AC was not running. ”Beautiful historic building with classy rooms, in a good location and at a competitive price for the area. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and effective valet service. Decent on-site bar and restaurant. Minor downsides - shower water pressure low and hard to set a moderate temperature. Parking is pricey, and extra charge for a fairly standard Hilton breakfast buffet. Not flawless, but a very solid option if visiting downtown.”

”Cleaning service consisted of making the bed and putting out towels. Failed to clean toilet, vacuum or refill coffee station the first 3 nights despite leaving standard tip each morning. I had to call to get coffee pods each morning. Obviously the toilet was not cleaned since the coffee I poured out on leaving was still there in the afternoon. A couple of berries I spilled at night were still on the floor proving she did not vacuum. Sad situation because the hotel structure is incredibly nice...

”Very nice, spacious and clean rooms. We liked the large, oversized windows. Good selection for breakfast. Priscilla, at tge front desk, was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.”

”Our 2 night stay was lovely. Everyone we spoke to (check in staff and at the cafe) was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The room description was accurate and the room was clean, bed was comfy with nice amenities like the full kitchen. No issues with AC. Easy 15 minute walk within Third Ward or across the water where other bars/restaurants are. Would stay again.”

”Overall, I had a great stay at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location and dining options were excellent with free parking which is hard to come by close to the city. The main drawback is that it’s not kid-friendly. If you’re traveling with a child, you may need to drop them off in the lobby before parking, and you’ll have to go through security each time you head to a restaurant or return from the parking...

”It’s a great hotel - good location and great free breakfast. We’ve been here a couple times and we like it a lot. The parking is a little hit or miss as it’s downtown. Rooms are nice and well appointed.”
