The Nest is your home away from home, offering a modern yet cozy design, recently renovated and furnished for your comfort. This bi-level home features a spacious, open floor plan with abundant natural light and spectacular lake views from virtually every room in the house.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: The primary suite offers a King bed with stunning Crystal Lake views, a Smart TV, and ensuite bath on the second floor.
Bedroom 2: The west-facing bedroom offers incredible views of Crystal Lake in a King bed (on the second floor).
Bedroom 3: The "Bunk Room" includes a Queen bed overlooking Crystal Lake, twin bunk beds with a trundle, a desk overlooking the lake, and a loft play area (on the second floor).
Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located on the main level just off of the living room with a Queen bed. It has access to a full bath on the main level as well as a full bath up a half flight of stairs.

Bathrooms:

The home is equipped with 3 full bathrooms. The first full bath with a tub is located off the front entry. The second full bath is located on the main level just off the dining room and is ideal for the quick trip in from outside. The third full bath is connected to the primary bedroom upstairs, and has a door for privacy so others may use instead of going downstairs at night.

Kitchen:

Enjoy cooking up a storm in the gorgeous, newly renovated kitchen! The kitchen was designed to allow everyone to gather together, which usually happens anyway. Your head chef will enjoy turning out delights in this chef's kitchen filled with natural light, loads of counter space, an 88" island and a 36" stove for cooking. The island seats 4-5, plus 3 at the bistro table. Enjoy the 7' window seat to watch the lake, hang with the gang, or move the table for more seating. There is a full beverage station with a beverage refrigerator, a well-stocked coffee and tea station, and a Smart TV for playing today's can't miss game. Wake up early and enjoy your first cup of coffee with the breath-taking lake views of Crystal Lake.

Dining Room:

There's plenty of space to enjoy a lively meal at the 7’ dining table which seats up to 8 guests. The nearby console table can accommodate seating for 2, along with the kitchen seating.

Living Room:

Relax in the cozy living room and enjoy endless views of Crystal Lake, a Smart TV and fireplace. The swivel chairs are cozy for watching a movie, enjoying the view or playing one of the many games for a fun-filled, memorable evening.

Outdoor Area:

Enjoy 100 feet of private Crystal Lake waterfront with a hot-tub, dock (seasonal) and spot to launch kayaks and paddle boards. Ample seating areas, including a double-chaise sun lounger, Adirondack chairs, dining table, hot tub, barbecue grille, and fire pit. Water toys include 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, and a mooring ball for your boat (local boat rentals available). Crystal Lake is an all-sports lake.

Please note that this is a 2-story bilevel home with stairs to access living areas.
Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Kayaks, dock and water toys are seasonal only (usually from May to October depending on the weather)

1. Sign a separate rental agreement for your stay (sent to you after booking the property) and upload your driver's license to verify your identity on our secure property management site. This is done to protect our property and guests.
2. A security deposit hold of $500 will be placed against your credit card one day prior to your arrival and released 2 days after departure pending inspection (this is a hold and not a charge, similar to what hotels do).
