”Hotel Steenhuyse was a very nice place for me to stay on my cycling trip to Flanders. Bart was a great host. He even sat and had a nice chat with me at breakfast. My room was very large, clean, and well-decorated. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of meats, breads, pastries, and cereals. As a cycling fan from the U.S., I couldn't recommend a hotel more than this one. It is a few steps away from the Tour of Flanders museum, and a short ride from the famous climbs of the Ronde. ”The hosts were very nice and helpful with advice for our travels. Breakfast was fabulous, and our room was comfortable and clean with a large jetted bathtub that was perfect. ”

”Very nice place, just slightly out of the city center, but close enough to have food delivered if you arrive late, as I did. Nice place with cute sheep themed decor, which makes sense as the owners raise sheep for wool. Fabulous breakfast, Also, deluxe bicycle storage building, if you are traveling by or with a bicycle.”

”In de badkamer zaten de haren van de vorige bezoeker. De badkamerdeur klemde ( moest m optillen om open te krijgen) het balkon was vuil. De bedden veel te zacht. Eten in t restaurant was matig. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was goed geregeld.”

”Unique, characterful and outstandingly beautiful chateau with immaculately maintained parkland grounds. Our room in the old stables had been recently renovated to the highest standard and with attention given to every detail. This is the sort of place that you always hope to discover but rarely do. Even the local town is only a ten minute walk away. Eat at Basile, yet another revelation. We only wished we were staying for longer.”

”Hotelli on moderni ja kaunis. Sen dijainti erinomsinen. Perhehuone oli tilava ja viihtyisä, 5-hengen perhe mshtui hyvin. Aamiainen oli runsas ja huippuluokkaa, näkymät 6. ylimmän kerroksen aamiaishuoneelta ja kattoterassilta olivat ipeat. Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhdr, duodittelen lämpimästi.”
