They couldn't repair it & they had no other rooms 2 move me/my family 2. The TV miraculously started working the morning we were checking out (of course).”

”I literally live just around the block from this motel. We were taking our two youngest grandbabies for a sleepover pool party. The place is very nice. The smell is AWFUL. Thankfully they don't fill the rooms with that over powering horrid scent. It's awful. Like someone dropped the perfume bottle at the dollar store. It was much less smelly in the room but the air conditioner had such a smell too my husband had to leave early and slept at our house because the scent gave him a headache that...

”I do not recommend this hotel. We booked a two queen bed room through Expedia. We have three small children as well as my husband and myself. Upon arrival we were given a room with one king bed. The hotel claimed that Expedia sent the wrong information to them, and even though my receipt said two queen beds, they would not honor it. After being on the phone for over an hour with Expedia and Hilton the hotel refused to communicate with Expedia. We were told it is a third-party vendor. You’re...

”The room was dusty and due to my allergies it was extremely hard to sleep. Also very thin walls you can hear everything. Towels weren't completely clean some stains ect. Sink was clogged when I first arrived. Other than that it was a great place pool was great with the sauna. The night staff was very pleasant.”

”Very clean and modern hotel”

”What a horrible experience my sister and I had, the rooms were very dated and dirty. The 1st room we were given was in a totally unacceptable condition. The bed covers were wrinkled both looking as if they’d been laid on, the pullout couch where my little nieces would sleep had dirty spots, bleached out stains no covers were provided for it in the original room nor the room we had to move to which was just doable, though not much better especially the couch. ”We loved this hotel and wished we would have been able to stay for more than one night. Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows! Quick service and decent breakfast. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The hotel itself was very quiet as well and staff were great.”

”Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet in the morning. The hot tub was smaller than I had wanted but overall it was a good stay.”

”The bed was very very uncomfortable. Pillows were great. Refrigerator door was broken, lightening in room was very bad. Drain in tub broken. Pool looked nice but didn’t get to use in our stay. The carpet in the hallways was worn and very dirty. We won’t be back. You get what you pay for .”

”Nice accommodations with cool vibe and large spacious rooms. Great workout area. Convenient to area restaurants. Downtown Detroit location had multiple people loitering outside entry doors at all hours. Not recommended to walk around at night as there were three crime notifications around 2am on a Saturday. ”

”So lost power walking up 3 flights of stairs they could have covered the new parking fee 10 dollars a day not happy 3 huge lots in suburbs should not be charged no lights in parking lot while we were there don’t think I will stay there again after this not happy at all.”
