”Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We booked this hotel while in town for a cheer competition, and unfortunately, the experience never improved after a rough start.
The WiFi was advertised but did not work at all during our stay. The “breakfast” offering was essentially nonexistent. Upon arrival, the TV was not functioning, and the room had clearly not been cleaned properly—dirty bedding is completely unacceptable.
We were also given very limited towels and washcloths,...

”We had put our stuff in the room and then left for 5 hours and came back, and found a bed bug on one of the pillows. Also discovered while looking for other bugs, it looked like the sheets on the other bed had not been changed. We captured the bug in between two plastic cups, got our stuff together, and proceeded to the desk to check out. We handed the bug to the front desk clerk, and he took the cups apart, and shook the bug out onto the floor BEFORE asking if it was a bed bug. Im still waiting...
