”The property is beautiful outside, rooms are okay . Not what I expected but I love that they are clean to the T. Furniture is cracked, there’s also a cracked wall in the bathroom. Love how big the mugs are had a nice cup of tea in it. We had to shower with cold water !! So disappointing, the hot water is limited at night

Hotelli tarjosi ilmaisen kyydin kongressipaikalle ja takaisin, ja kuljetuspalvelusta voi tilata kohtuuhintaisen taksin minne vain, esim. lentokentälle. Hotelli avusti kaupunkikierrosten ja eläinpuistokäyntien löytymisessä. Ainoastaan Etelä-Afrikan talvella lämmitysjärjestelmä ei vastaa suomalaista tasoa missään,...

”We experienced great service from the desk, in particular the travel desk and their partners, and the ground floor cosy cafeteria. The only problem was that the toilette & bathroom was not at all separated from the main room !! It was really unpleasant. It is not the fault of the hotel that Joburg is not not considered safe for tourists to walk around. We got good help from the staff to live with this problem - transportation, reservations, even walking with us to nearby places to take care of...
