The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms:
- A large bedroom with a beautiful sea view, including a double bed and storage space.
- A second bedroom equipped with a 160x200 double bed and two 80x190 bunk beds, perfect for families or friends.
- Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, clean and functional, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer.
- A pleasant terrace completes the apartment, perfect for enjoying the mild Basque coast climate and the ocean views.

👶 A baby cot can be provided upon prior request for an additional €15 per night.

🚗 Parking
A parking subscription card will be provided, giving you free access to the Indigo Casino parking garage located about an 8-minute walk from the apartment (maximum height: 1.85 m).
We recommend dropping off your luggage as close as possible to the apartment (using your hazard lights) before parking your vehicle.

⚠️ Please note: During high season, especially around July 14th and August 15th, the parking card does not guarantee an available space.

💳 Security deposit
A €500 security deposit will be requested for the rental. It is managed through the secure online service Swikly and must be completed before your arrival.
Service fees between €3 and €9 will apply. The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card spending limit. Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition and the terms have been respected, the pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled.
