🚗 Parking
You have access to a subscription card for free parking at Indigo Casino, about an 8-minute walk from the apartment (maximum height: 1.85 m).
We recommend unloading your luggage near the apartment before parking your vehicle.

⚠️ During the high season (around July 14 and August 15), the card does not always guarantee an available parking space.

Located just 1 minute on foot from the Grande Plage of Biarritz, with immediate access to shops, restaurants, local markets, and must-see spots.
The location is perfect for discovering Biarritz on foot while enjoying the ocean and the elegant Basque coastal vibe.

💳 Deposit
A €500 security hold will be requested for the rental. It is processed through a secure Swikly link and must be completed before your arrival.
Service fees from €3 to €9.30 apply. The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card limits.
Within 7 days after departure, and provided the apartment is returned in perfect condition according to the terms and conditions, this hold will be automatically released.

Late arrivals on request:
- 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: €35
- 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM: €65
- After 12:00 AM: €100
