The open kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals while staying connected with your guests.

The house is designed for outdoor living, with a large garden and fantastic outdoor amenities. A heated, secure pool awaits you for peaceful swims, while a ping-pong table is available for leisure activities. Though there is no garage, parking in the neighborhood is easy and accessible.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm and departures from 8am to 10am. For all arrivals or departures before 8am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - €50
From 10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6am - €120
From 6:00 to 8:00 - €80
