The villa MARBLE is an architect designed villa with a contemporary and elegant look located in Biarritz, a few minutes from the city center and the beaches. The decoration is pure and composed of quality materials like the marble that can be found like a thread in each room of the villa. 


THE VILLA
Once through the gate of the villa MARBLE you will first discover a well-kept garden, and a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a terrace to enjoy the outside all year long. You will then reach the ground floor of the villa, composed of a large living room, a sublime kitchen equipped with marble, and a dining room. 
On the kitchen and living room side, the living room opens onto the pool area, while the dining room opens onto the garden on the other side of the villa. The living spaces are bright and spacious and you will be able to gather with family and friends comfortably during your vacations. 


THE ROOMS

The villa MARBLE has 4 bedrooms. 
The ground floor of the villa has 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a completely independent suite with a shower room. The two other rooms share a bathroom with shower, and an independent toilet. These two rooms are equipped with a desk/table corner and give access to the garden. 
Finally, the sublime master suite occupies the entire floor, and is composed of a large walk-in dressing room, opening onto a bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub.



PRACTICAL SIDE
The pool area has been designed so that you can enjoy the pool and the sunshine throughout the day. An electric grill, a table soccer and even an outdoor shower are at your disposal for your return from the beach.



WHAT WE LOVE
The villa MARBLE is a beautiful architect's villa; we like its contemporary architecture of the most modern. Inside, we like the fact that the master suite occupies the entire second floor and is completely independent from the rest of the house. Special mention for its huge dressing room and its sublime bathroom. 



THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The villa MARBLE is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area of Biarritz, less than 5 minutes by car from downtown Biarritz. The beaches, stores and restaurants are also in direct proximity; count 5 minutes by car, or less than a quarter of an hour by bicycle. Access to the villa is easy, and you can reach the highway in 2 minutes by car. From there you can reach the beautiful city of San Sebastian on the Spanish side (about 40 minutes driving).


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 8pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee is applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - 50€.
From 10pm to midnight - 80€.
From midnight to 6am - 120€.
From 6am to 8am - 80€.
