The house is 300 meters from the beaches of Milady and Ilbaritz, very close to the city of the Ocean and the Golf of Bidart. Shops near Bidart (intermarché, Intersport, Lidl, L'eau Vive etc) are easily accessible by car or by bus about 1km away
