THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE
POP is a charming flat on the 1st floor of a building in the centre of Biarritz. Ideally located not far from the Gare du Midi train station and all facilities, you will be only a few steps away from the beach to fully enjoy it! POP has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, and has a beautiful sunny terrace equipped to share moments with family or friends!
All the conditions are in place to quickly feel at ease in this 83m2 cocoon.

THE APARTMENT
This beautiful flat combines modern touches of decoration with the cachet of the old. The pop decoration details bring color and cheerfulness, while the sublime original parquet flooring only embellishes the whole! The living room communicates on one hand with the fully equipped kitchen, and on the other hand with the terrace, where it is important to note the plancha, which will be your best ally on summer evenings!

THE NIGHT CORNER
POP has a spacious master bedroom with a dressing room with wardrobe.
Two other carefully decorated double rooms complete the sleeping area. One of them also has a second dressing room. These 3 bedrooms share a pleasant bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.

THE LITTLE EXTRAS
A dedicated and secure parking space is located close to the flat. How convenient, especially in the summer! You also benefit from a free WiFi connection.

OUR FAVOURITE
Special mention for the pretty terrace in the city centre and for the preserved character of this tastefully decorated flat. The ideal location of the flat is also highlighted, from which you can enjoy a stay all on foot.

Located in the city centre, you will easily access the tasty restaurants, cafés, bars and beautiful shops that the city of Biarritz has to offer. Leave your car on your dedicated parking space and enjoy an ideal position to move around on foot or by bike!

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7 pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
