Just a few minutes' walk from Biarritz's famous beaches, this comfortable 90 m² house sleeps up to 6 people. It has a swimming pool, a fully equipped terrace and two private parking spaces.

Spread over two levels, the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a lovely 35 m² terrace. Close to the shops at Beaurivage, Les Halles de Biarritz and the Côte des Basques, it is an ideal pied-à-terre for holidays with family or friends.

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- The main entrance opens onto a large terrace.
- A pleasant, light-filled living room, with a contemporary dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen (with a window overlooking the pool, a real plus for keeping an eye on the children),
- An elegant lounge area with a video projector that turns the living room into a real home cinema.

- Access to the laundry area in the garage

First floor:
- A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A second bedroom with a single bed
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC
- A third bedroom, the master suite, with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin.
A safety barrier has been installed at the top of the staircase to ensure that the little ones can be safely accommodated.

Outside:
- The wooden terrace is laid out to make the most of every moment of the day: outdoor meals, aperitifs with friends or yoga sessions in the sun. In summer, after the beach, relax around the summer kitchen equipped with a plancha, barbecue and outdoor shower.
