Located on the first floor (no elevator), this 16.5 m² studio can accommodate up to 2 people in a convenient, central setting—ideal for exploring Biarritz on foot.

Featuring a 3 m² balcony overlooking the street, the apartment consists of:

- a living area with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a cozy dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator),
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- hairdryer, iron,
- TV, satellite or cable channels, Wi-Fi,

- radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The apartment enjoys a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the Grande Plage and downtown Biarritz.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

- Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
