The spacious 80 m² holiday apartment in Biberach im Kinzigtal accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will find a private, fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (with coffee powder and filters provided), spices, oven, and stove. The apartment offers private Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, and mountain views. For families, a baby cot, private high chair, shared playground, as well as shared toys and books for children are available. The accommodation is barrier-free and step-free inside; towels and bed linen are provided.



The apartment is about 1.5 km from the town center, in a quiet, secluded location surrounded by woods and meadows, with beautiful views of nature and the Geroldseck castle ruins.



Two shared parking spaces are available at the house. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and events are not permitted. Please note that the host family has a free-roaming Golden Retriever on the property.



The accommodation is best reached by car, as access is via an unpaved road. This road is not suitable for lowered vehicles; good winter tires are required in winter. The hosts live on site, but not in the booked apartment. Nearby attractions include Europa-Park, Rulantica water park, Vogtsbauernhof open-air museum, and the Gutach summer toboggan run.
