”My kids loved the hotel. The highlight was feeding the geese and pigeons their food each morning. The pools were very crowded, but it was also spring break so that was to be expected. Breakfast was good. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Pigeon Forge was very busy and the river next to the hotel was nice and relaxing. ”

”Super nice to stay at, only minus one star because one of the 3 elevators was busted. Causing delays in the lobby and trying to get luggage up and down was chaos..”

”We have stayed here several times. The rooms are decent and the location can’t be beat. Breakfast is so/so. I’ve had better at other hotels. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are a bit on the small side. We like the fire pit and hot drinks in the lobby. ”

”The floor we were on smelled like weed. It also did when we stayed there 5 years ago and decided to give them another try. Still the same. The workers at breakfast were not the friendliest. Other than that, the pool guys were nice and we really didn't have any interactions with the front desk except when we checked in. Pool areas were clean and well kept. ”

”The room was really nice and clean. We had a two bedroom with a kitchen and a small like living space balcony. Plenty of space.. staff was really nice and accommodating. Outdoor pool was really nice. We will definitely be going back very impressive.”

”The breakfast was warm and fresh. Good meal to start the day. The staff was very friendly each morning and very courteous with opening doors or holding open the elevator. Each morning they had inspiring quotes and a riddle on a dry erase board. Very clean hotel with keeping lobby and breakfast area up kept with wiping down tables and mopping foyer. Parking was very easy and convenient. ”

”Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially when one of our guests got sick. The only suggestion I have would be to include decaf coffee along with caffeinated. ”

”Hot breakfast daily. Renovated rooms are nice. Indoor Pool is nice. Hotel is being renovated and they start EARLY. If I had one complaint, it would be that. They start as early as 7:00 with room construction noise. It got very old during our 5 night stay. Very convenient location. ”

”Pool is cold. No mircwave in room. They locked us out of our room 1 day before we was scheduled to leave so they had to redo out arm band's.”

”We had a great experience staying here. Our last minute reservation went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to offer a few more breakfast options, but everything available was good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.”
