💳 Security Deposit
A €350 bank authorization will be required for the rental. This is managed through the secure online service Swikly via a payment link. It is mandatory and must be completed before arrival. A processing fee of approximately €5 applies. The deposit amount is neither blocked nor deducted from your account, and does not impact your credit card limit. Provided the terms and conditions are respected and the property is left in perfect condition, the authorization is automatically cancelled within 7 days of your departure.
