”The room was super clean, so much so that I left a tip for the maid. The parking lot was clean. And one thing I really liked was that there was a trash can on the second floor so that we could dump food, trash and not have to go far from our rooms.”

”The room was as described. We found the room very clean, organized and suitable for our needs. The beach was very accessible being a football field away. The location was very good. Being the off season, the center was closed except for a couple of pizza or similar fast food joints. There was some very good, but somewhat pricey restaurants, within a mile. We ate at the Rialto and the italian food was excellent and plentiful, good for two meals. The hotel rate was competitive.
I would...

”This property is absolute garbage. The staff at the front desk were 0 help in any way. I called 7 times the night of our reservation to complain about the issues we found upon check in. Which had including bodily fluids, left around the room, holes in walls, water damage and mold. And that was just in one room. The staff at the front made sure to repeat over and over in old orchard You don't come for the room , you come for the location. To which we replied, ma'am , it's off season and the bare...

”The staff themselves are extremely nice however the constant slamming of doors and stomping on the stairs kept us awake. Woke up to the police doing a drug bust on the backside of our room. Other guests is what ruined this hotel experience for us. Thank god we stayed only one night but it definitely was upsetting that we didn’t get rest prior to our departure days adventures.”
