”All of above”

”Fresh towels and bath mats daily. Clean room. Helpful staff. Security cameras on site. Would recommend highly. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.”

”This is an old house, and certain features could be deemed charming. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated some of the amenities. However, it seemed worn and bare-bones in some aspects. For example, the AC in one of the bedrooms was a stand-alone unit that was jerry-rigged to vent out the window, and the other bedroom had no AC. The screen door was broken. There were hardly any utensils and no bowls. The hairdryer “high” setting was broken and could only be used on “low”. For only a...

”Clean room, friendly staff”

”Great location, very clean room and surrounding areas. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was great. We would definitely stay here again”

”Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

”Excellent location, easy biking to downtown. Views of the river are beautiful in the morning.”

”Nice location. Tired building in need of some maintenance. Comfortable bed. Window unit in room had a burning smell when heater was turned on in the morning. Probably a better choice for a summer stay.”

”From the time I stepped in the hotel, the staff was already very accommodating. The receptionist during the day was also very hospitable, same as the night staff. The breakfast was GREAT for this level of hotel. There were a lot of selections. The Filipino guy and the Black American lady were very courteous and helpful. They were ALWAYS filling the warm trays. The selections included but not limited to hot pancakes, bacon, scramble eggs and omelets, meat patty, etc. I also like the 24 hr hot...

”The property was well located for us, walkable to restaurants and shops. Appreciated the continental breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea availability. The $7 bottles of water in the fridge seemed a little steep.”

”Outdated. Dirty carpets in halls. Room not super clean.”
