”I originally stayed at this B&B about 20 years ago while walking the coastal path, & decided to return as the village was in an ideal place for our touring holiday. The steep driveway & smallish space made for tricky parking with a large car, but doable. Our room was clean & comfortable, if a little dated in style. The owners were welcoming & helpful. Breakfast the next morning set us up for the day. We had a meal in the pub near the beach, & took a stroll around the village.”

”Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were great especially Lorraine, who gave us a great welcome to the hotel and gave my wife a picture of Elvis when we left, because my wife was wearing an Elvis t-shirt. Lots of veggie options on the breakfast menu. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a bath in room 1.”

”The place itself is unique, very quiet amazing views all around, very clean inside the apartment and the place is very nice, the owners are amazing, kind , lovely people, can’t wait to visit them again, we can highly recommend it to anyone interested visiting this part of the country. ”Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, leckeres Frühstück und saubere Zimmer. Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Baden perfekt. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder kommen. :)”

”We had a wonderful stay while attending a wedding at watermouth cove. The view from our room was incredible, the room was super spacious and comfortable and the hospitality from Chris including a very hearty and delicious breakfast was superb. It’s also in a beautiful quiet location right next to a cove where you can walk and swim.”

”Nice position above the town and for exploring the local area. Expect to be challenged by the odd hill or two but you are rewarded by fantastic views. The deluxe studio was small and well equipped but not really “deluxe”. If you moderate your expectations this place provides everything you need for a stay in the area.”

”Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude. Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back. A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day. Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. Will stay again if we visit Bude again.”
