”What a delightful experience it was to stay at Instow Barton B&B and be hosted by Colin & Caroline. Happy, bubbly and a very friendly reception on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of there way to make us feel welcome in there home. Very generous size bedroom, large barthoom and cake was in our room everyday! ”The garden room was a static caravan with two bedrooms. When I booked it I did not know this. Otherwise I would not have booked it. It had a seating area outside which was good. Access through a door in the fence was to the pay car park. 17£ for a week. The caravan itself was full of the owners Knick knacks. Even in the bathroom. See the photos. The owner John was very pleasant and most helpful. ”

”It was a B & B with a gracious hostess and a clean, comfortable room with a king bed. This was one of two places we stayed in England where we got a washcloth and kleenex in our room! The bath towel was huge and she supplied upscale shampoo, body wash and hand lotion. The breakfast was made to order and anything from continental to full English was offered. It was very quiet.”

”What a wonderful little b&b from the moment we got there John and val were exceptional they could not have offered anything extra from the welcome, room, helpfulness, knowledge of the area and the breakfast wow. ”Great accommodation, the pool and games room were perfect for our young teens. Lovely local area, the chip shop was the best fish and chips we’ve had in a long time.
