”Easy to find. Ultra easy check-in process. Hosts and Staff were very personable and professional. Lovely old character hotel, on a historic street. The King Suite I booked had tons of old style charm, big huge bed; and the amenities of a modern bathroom, Cable TV (Olympics), heating, medium size refrigerator, coffee making and excellent security. Very classy Restaurant right down stairs. And the best pub in town right next door. Many stores, shops and restaurants/bars nearby. Super...

”All Staff members were fabulous. They could have not been any more helpful and accommodating to we stranded travelers during a blizzard, missed flights, and cancelled cruise. Special mention of Gabriel on the front desk. Also, the lovely cleaning lady on Floor 5, she was so sweet. The Manager was very helpful too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be booking this Hotel when visiting St. John's again. Our thanks to all staff.”
