”The room we got was straight out of the 1980s. It was gross. The rooms were damp and while sleeping you feel wet. The bathrooms were dated and disgusting. I was too afraid to step in to the shower as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks/months. Luckily we were there for only one night. The grounds were beautiful but man, the rest of the resort was not good. We had friends staying across the street at the Auberge and would recommend that place. Do not stay at this resort.”

”This place doesn’t look anything like the pictures. If you pull up a satellite photo of the property you will see garbage and construction debris in that Photo. It’s Still there. Attempted to cancel the reservation and Expedia Calle the property and asked them to cancel the reservations which they refused to do ( No surprise there) . Expedia then refused to cancel the reservations without photos of the trash.”

”This was a nice motel raised up from the highway. Beds were comfortable. Outside of Baddeck by only a few minutes. It is clear some of the images were photo shopped, and the use of the word “luxury” is misleading. It was fine for a 2 night stay, but do not pay more believing you are getting a luxurious experience. The rooms are mildly dated, there were many tiny ants in the room, the remote control was missing a battery, and the reception was a bit on the grumpy side. Nothing majorly...
