This 1,400-square foot custom home can comfortably sleep 7 guests throughout 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You’ll feel the stresses of everyday life simply melt away as soon as you first arrive and step into the home’s inviting interior, appointed with rustic decor, comfortable furnishings, dual pane windows and a variety of upgrades, as well as a game room over the garage.



The Living Room features a wood-burning fireplace, large flat screen TV with cable, and plenty of comfortable seating. WiFi is provided for your convenience. The Dining Table seats eight with additional seating at the bar. The updated Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals, including all new stainless steel appliances, an espresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, popcorn machine, toaster, and water filtration system. Should you need to do laundry during your stay, a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.



In the Master Bedroom you will find a luxurious king bed plus a full size futon for additional sleeping. There is a brand new 48" flat screen TV with cable for your entertainment, and a private full bathroom. The first Guest Bedroom has a comfy queen bed plus a twin bed, and Guest Bedroom Two has a brand new queen bed. A full guest bathroom serves the guest rooms.



Look forward to spending your downtime relaxing outside on one of the house’s 2 private decks, where you can admire the property’s beautiful landscaping and observe incredible Bear Mountain ski slope views, which include full views of Geronimo run once the leaves drop from the trees in the winter! Stay entertained by utilizing the house`s terrific game room, featuring a pool table, poker/game table, and more. Soak your cares away in the private hot tub located on the upper deck. • NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY. Properties which are NOT pet friendly have been deemed so at the property owner`s discretion due to damage or allergy concerns. Guests who bring pets to a property that is NOT pet friendly will be asked to remove the pet immediately and will be charged a $500 fee to cover carpet and upholstery cleaning.
