Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful with their limited resources.
BUT - for $200 did NOT meet expectations. The TV and Internet never connected - just sat buffering even with password used to connect to WiFi. No coffee pods available and there was a used pod in the coffee pot. The small fireplace never came on although the wall furnace was great and easily warmed up the room. The bed springs, plastic mattress cover under the sheets and awful thin pillows made sleeping very uncomfortable (bring your own pillows). The roll of toilet paper was not enough to last the 24 hours so we had to go to office to pick one up - none in room.
A "breakfast" was going to be available in the small 5'X5' "lobby" at 8:30 am but suspect very minimal - although we left as early as we could to escape (leaving the key in the mailbox because no locked dropbox and staff doesn’t arrive until 8:30am) and went out for breakfast on way out of town.
The room was clean enough but the whole experience was dismal and disappointing for a $200 Saturday night stay.
