Täydellinen ympäri vuoden pako!  Tämä yksittäinen taso mökki sijaitsee vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Skyline ja 2N10 trailheads patikointiin ja maastopyöräilyyn, ja on juuressa Bear Mountain Ski Resort talven hauskaa, eläintarha ja golfkenttä on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät rinteille.

Voit pelata Foosball seurustelemaan perheen ja ystävien avoin konsepti olohuone.  Keittiössä on astianpesukone, kaasuliesi, suuri ruostumattomasta teräksestä jääkaappi ja laskuri istuimet saaren.  Laaja loki ruokapöytä ja tuolit tuo esiin maalaismainen mökki tuntuu ja on tarpeeksi istumatilaa 6 henkilölle.  Rentoudu mukava sohva ja katsella kaapeli-tv tai elokuvan DVD-soittimen, kun lämmetä jälkeen päivä rinteillä edessä puun polttaminen takka.   Josta on henkeäsalpaavat panoraamanäkymät ulkona suuri takaisin kannelle kun grilli on propaania tai puuhiiltä grillit tai liota kylpytynnyri näkymät rinteille.

Nukut mukavasti yhteen kolme makuuhuonetta.  Tilavassa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, TV, DVD-soitin ja kaapeli ja kylpyhuone kaksinkertaisella nieluja ja iso amme.  Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaunis queen, kolmas makuuhuone on ylimääräistä nukkumatilaa Twin yli koko, kiinteät log kerrossänky ja TV NFL PAKETTI ja DVD-soitin.  Suuri, täydellinen kylpyhuone sijaitsee kätevästi salissa sekä pesukone ja kuivaaja.

Cute cabin in Big Bear! Had a great time with the family during the off season. Nice and quiet. Kids loved the bunk beds. Driveway is difficult to navigate as it runs downhill at an angle, but we were able to do it carefully. Bring towels if you want some for the hot tub as there is only enough for showering but there is a washer dryer to clean them if staying for a while. Lots of games to play and wood burning fireplace was a nice touch. Property management was responsive and helpful. Would come back!

My family had a great time at this cabin. Love the proximity to Bear Mtn. Made it easy to go back and forth to drop off and pick up the skiers. The jacuzzi was hot and ready for us upon arrival. A few recommendations…the king mattress should be replaced as there are 2 well worn spots and a hump between. The faucet fixtures could use an upgrade from the 80s pull/push style valves and no pull out sink faucet. Could also use a few throw blankets to cozy up on the couch. Overall, I would recommend and stay there again.

We never got to stay there as the host didn’t inform us or the rental company that there would be no hot tub for our stay until 4 hours before check in. A hot tub with a view was the whole reason we booked black diamond. However, Destination Big Bear made it right and found us another rental right on the lake with a hot tub and view. I applaud Destination Big Bear for their quick and accommodating response and will now only book directly through them.

Wonderful time at this cute cabin. Home was cozy and clean. The view was amazing. The homes setup makes it ideal for families to spend quality time. My family enjoyed spending time out in the Jacuzzi. Definitely one of my personal favorite things to do. The jacuzzi was nice, clean and has a great view. The rooms are spacious and have cute decor. The kitchen has all essentials needed. We got lucky it snowed during our stay. I would definitely recommend it. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great Place!

We really loved this cabin. The layout and view were awesome! The beds were comfortable. Even though it was pet friendly, there was no trace of pet issues (smell, etc.). The only issues were the driveway (short and narrow) and the minimal supplies. Be sure to read the list of supplies provided (very few) and bring everything else (spices, sugar, coffee, paper towels, etc.).

Great Stay in this Spacious Cabin

Our family came up to Big Bear to ski and we looked at so many different places. We chose this nice cabin for its proximity to Bear Mountain and enjoyed our 3-night stay. Beds were super comfortable and views of the mountain were fantastic. We loved the neighborhood and nearby hikes. Overall, lots of space and rustic but comfortable furniture in the living room and awesome fireplace made our stay extra special. We noticed there were a few missing supplies like low on toilet paper, no Kleenex or coffee filters but we did buy things at the grocery store. We texted the management company about the low toilet paper and they did bring some for us (very responsive) Great for families and travelers with dogs.

Great Cabin in a quiet Moonridge neighborhood!

This cabin is very well maintained and has everything you need! It is located in the hills above Bear Mountain and is walkable to the South Shore hiking trail network. It has great views to the ski slopes! The only downside is that the driveway slopes down from the street at a strange angle and is a bit steep. We were there in the fall so snow/ice was not a concern for us (but could be if you are coming in the winter).

Quiet - Home Away From Home

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Home was just as it's seen in pictures. It felt like home as soon as we stepped inside. The driveway is a little steep. This was a surprise since there was no picture of the driveway. Loved that it was just minutes from town. Very quiet neighborhood. Saw a couple deer in the evening. Definitely will stay again.

Great place walking distance to the slopes

The place was great for us. We are a family of four and had a great time skiing each day. We walked with our gear in hand to the slopes. I would suggest getting a locker at Bear Mountain if you intend to go multiple days so you don’t have to lug your stuff back and forth. They were all out for us so we just carried everything. My only complaint is that the driveway wasn’t as clear as I would have liked and I had to really do a number on the ice on the decline to get my van out. For that reason I only left once to go to the store. That said, the cabin had everything else we needed.

Family ski trip to Big bear

The cabin was very nice and clean. It said I can park up to three cars but I’m not quite sure if that was really possible unless all three cars are all compact cars. It wasn’t that close to the ski resort. My kids were all grown so we walked and back with ski gears but kids under 13 would not be able walk back and forth. Enjoyed hot tube very much.

Big Bear Lake Vacation spot!!

We had a wonderful stay and the cabin was a great location to all activities. Great place to hike, golf, visit the zoo and close enough to the Marina and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Great Long Weekend

We had a great time at this cabin. It was the perfect spot for our family of four to enjoy Big Bear. We have stayed at a few places in the area and we love the Moonridge neighborhood. The view in the mornings with our coffee and the evening from the hot tub with a glass of wine made the trip worth the track up the mountain. We plan on staying there again.
