Absolutely adorable from top to bottom, this newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 1-bath wooded cabin offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Whether you’re here to hike, ski, or simply relax under the pines, this cabin is your home away from home.

The Space

Step inside and experience a warm, inviting interior with soaring ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and a thoughtful layout designed for relaxation. After a full day of lake fun or exploring The Village, unwind in the cozy living room or gather around the kitchen to share stories from your day.

The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range, dishwasher, and all the cookware and dishes you’ll need for effortless home-cooked meals.

Redwood Cottage is ideally located just 1.2 miles from The Village, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and Big Bear’s lively mountain charm. You’re also only minutes away from the lake, hiking trails, and local ski resorts—everything you need for a perfect getaway.

Guests are required to take trash to one of Big Bear’s Clean Bear Sites:

Important Notes

Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking (towing enforced).

Security Camera: Active Ring Doorbell Camera at the entrance.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No amplified music or excessive noise.

Pets: Please inquire prior to booking.



Fines & Enforcement

Big Bear strictly enforces community noise and parking ordinances.

Minimum fine: $500 per violation

Second offense: $1,000 per violation

Eviction: Guests who disregard quiet hours or neighborhood rules will be evicted without refund.
City fines apply for amplified music, barking dogs, excessive noise, or illegal parking.
