”Had to call police as housekeeping stole jewelry. Police even recognized her as a repeat offender but hotel refused to do anything about it. Jewelry was not recovered and no apology or compensation given. ”

”Front desk did an amazing job, the ladies were very nice, our room had an issue with the sink and they were very polite and efficiently and gave us another room, we slept like a baby, they have super comfortable beds. ”
