”The breakfast was good and staff were nice. The room was clean. They should say that the sauna and hot tub are broken and wont be repaired ant time soon. That was the main reason we chose this property. It was our honeymoon booked and prepaid for 4 days. The air conditioner was so loud i could hardly sleep. ”

”The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately”

”I dont think our room was cleaned before our stay. Pet bowls were left out, trash in the trash can, towels still in drier and black dog hairs everywhere. Master bedroom tv did not work and found the living room tv remote buried in the couch cushions. Kids complained of pillows smelled like cigarettes and dog hair in bed. Room was conveniently located and felt secluded”

”The rooms are very clean and kitchen was fully stocked with all of the things needed to cook. There was also a washer and dryer along with supplies to wash your clothes! The staff was very helpful and very quick to resolve any issues. 10/10 recommend!”

”This hotel used to be our favorite in Branson. It used to have a great amenity, the indoor water park with slides, hot tubs and awesome poolside drinks and meals. We returned after a 2.5yr break from Branson and found out there’s nothing anymore. Now there’s really nothing that sets it apart from a Motel 6. Great prices though ”

The t v in the bedroom only came on in black and white, the air conditioner did not work properly, the it makes hotels hot tub jets were only fifty percent working. This property charges and boasts way too much for the condition.It is in.”

”Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. ”
