”The worse experience ever. Only one room booked and paid for two. No Towels. Unclean. No Manager available. The staff hardly spoke english and they were rood. Much more I could list. Do not go there.”

”I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated...

”The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately”

”I highly recommend this for a family with younger kids so you can maximize use of the amenities. The pool is under Construction so we had no use of any of the water features and that’s OK for us, but it was an impact to the property. There’s ongoing construction, but I’m sure it will be better when it’s over in our room and the activity center itself were both better than expected. I would stay here again and recommend it for travelers.”

”Everything was perfect, it is located in a nice kinda secluded area, it really isn't a place to take children. Great for a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.”

”Everything was good except one of the queen beds was sloped to one side of about 2 inches. So i kept waking up on the other side almost off the bed. Pillows wedged helped stay put in one spot. Food was good for breakfast. Kind of small room with only one desk wuth a chair. No comfy chair. Shower had good pressure. Nice quiet location.”
