”I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful.”

”So many difficulties at check-in, had to cancel and re process them like 3 times m, had kids who got impatient, was over charged, then had to call Expedia to sort that out. ”A gorgeous property with beautiful views of Lake Joseph. Both restaurants were amazing with the friendliest and most helpful staff. Our room was clean with a recently renovated bathroom. Next time I would be sure to request a room that is more accessible, we were on the top floor of the furthest building and getting up & down three flights of stairs with luggage etc was difficult. Being early spring we were unable to use any of the amenities so the resort fee was somewhat unnecessary.”

Pulls and holes in the bedding. ? Black mild in bathroom grout. Difficulty getting tv to work. Cigarette smoke and weed smoke infiltrating our room overnight. And when the people came in in the room above us… we definitely heard every footstep.”
