”Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay.”

”Pets allowed but not pet friendly. Charged over 200.00 dollars for pet., more than room cost. ”

”Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. ”

”We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious with a nice kitchen & bath. Very clean & modern hotel for the price. Staff was great! My only complaint is the mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. ”

”Location is good near by Mall of Georgia where you can even walk. Also a few nice restaurants in the walking distance. Breakfast was ok but not so many options. Air conditioning was noisy and also the traffic noise was quite heavy.”

”Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. Toilet paper holder was crooked and was barely on the wall being held up with clear silicon, towel holder that was above the toilet was missing from the wall with the...

”Plumbing unpredictable. Without a toilet for 9 hours of the 12 we were there. Just a warning for anyone who is looking for an unaggravated means of relaxation. Management takes no accountability in a so-called bully type of demeanor. Where the customer is always right, their portion is I just can't take your word for it. Very strong odor of air freshener gave an indication upon check in that their trying to comceal a particular fonk. The room was nice in size and would have been comfortable but...

”The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”
