”Clean Room”

”The property was clean and reasonably maintained. However the room was supplied with 3 bath mats and a face cloth, no hand or bath towels !! This needs to be addressed. This is the second time staying at this location and didn't have bath towels the first time either!!!”

”This is the first time I stayed at the Quality Inn in Clinton. I travel to Clinton often for work and usually stay somewhere else. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience! ”I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...

”Was the bad experience I had and we stayed two hours we left in the middle of the night lotta bugs and the smell of the room lotta mold shame we spend that money there. I believe we have to. They have to give us our money back.”

”The night clerk was rude, did not even direct us toward our room or tell us anything of where to find ice etc. the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking room. No water pressure in the shower. The blackout shade was too small for the window. Breakfast was pathetic, the only offering were a basket of apples and a waffle maker”

”Every thing was wonderful! Jennifer R. Was awesome at check in so sweet and helpful! I was traveling with my 87 year old mom and Jennifer showed me where the coffee was for my mom and was so accommodating!! It was a great experience!!”

”The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. ”Ac was already on, so room was already cool. Beds /Pillows seemed new and not worn down. It’s an older property that’s been cosmetically renovated. TV’s are not “smart”. Overall a great value for location and comfort.”

”They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

”When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...
