    Aqua Vista is located on the shore of Lake Greenbriar in beautiful Holly Lake Ranch Resort located in East Texas. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a fantastic view of Lake Greenbriar and comes fully equipped to make your vacation one to remember. A private boat dock with screened in boat house comes with 4 kayaks for water fun, including swimming, fishing, and exploring. A sun-room in the main house is perfect for morning coffee and eagle-watching.

    Deer roam the property making this the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying nature. Three large screen TVs are located in the family room and bedrooms, and the living room and master bedroom feature romantic fireplace. A large dining table will accommodate your big family gathering.

    Aqua Vista is close to a swimming pool, an 18-hole golf course, and restaurant, all on the Holly Lake Ranch property, and available to you as our guests. Other fun activities such as tennis, pickle ball, mini golf, shuffleboard and disc golf available. Within a short drive, you can go antique exploring in Mineola and Gladewater, and for those who love flea markets, Canton is a once-a-month event about one hour away that you won't want to miss.

    You can be just as busy or secluded as you choose to be during your vacation at Aqua Vista! Feel safe and secure in this gated community that features 24-hour Security. Come and enjoy this spectacular retreat!

    Hot tub is available year-round
    Outdoor Fire pit: Supply your own firewood and lighter

    Pets are allowed to come with you on your get-away. The pet fee is $100 per pet.

    Boat/Jet Skis/Kayaks: Holly Lake Ranch allows for any watercraft to be used on Lake Greenbriar. At the security gate, the ranch will charge a fee of $100/day PER watercraft. This fee is paid directly to Holly Lake Ranch as you enter.

Excellent Vacation and Location

Our family had an amazing time staying at the lake. It's close enough to Tyler to visit the city for quick resupply trips, but distant enough to be cozy. The communication from everyone was outstanding and I definitely recommend staying here.

Great house on the lake!

We had a wonderful time and plan to come back next year. The boathouse was great, the main house was spacious, clean, and just what we needed for our group. The host is incredibly friendly and responsive too.

A great gathering space!

Spent a surprise birthday weekend here with a group of friends and it was the perfect space. Plenty of room to spend time together, a relatively well stocked kitchen, a gorgeous view, and lots to do even in December. The management also responded quickly with a couple of last minute requests and Alicia was very helpful.

Perfect getaway

This was our second time staying here and we love it. The house is the perfect size for a large family. The kayaks that are available gave us lots of enjoyment. The deck is amazing and offered great fishing. We caught so many big fish that my kids are hooked now. This was an amazing vacation that we won't forget.

Family reunion

The property is just as advertised and presented in the pictures. Enjoyed being on the water as we were able to bring a boat and do some fishing. Very quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay at this property and we will book again.

Beautiful, tranquil and roomy

Loved the sun room overlooking the lake and the separated bedroom levels. Master suite is amazing and the kitchen is well stocked and large. Playground, putt putt and paddle boats on the other side of the community were well used and enjoyed. Great communication with staff also.

Perfect spot for a girls trip!

This property is perfectly situated on the lake with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the firepit, kayaks, hot tub and simply sitting by the lake enjoying the view. The home is well-appointed with everything you need, and has plenty of room to relax. It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. The property owner was very communicative with a quick response time to our requests.

My family enjoyed this place so much. Pictures don't do justice to this house. The house, the neighborhood and the scenery were all top notch. The management team was excellent and even offered to mail us a hoodie my niece forgot. Rent it, you won't regret it!

Relaxing lakeside retreat

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. The home is comfortably appointed, well stocked and beautiful. Each day we enjoyed fishing from the docks and kayaking the lake. When we were not on the lake, we were enjoying the view of the lake and it’s many deer visitors from the sunroom while reading or working. The hosts made communication quick and easy.

Beautiful View!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful week here! House was a great size, plenty of room for all of us to stretch out. The dock was awesome for lots of fishing. Hot tub was so peaceful with my morning coffee. The only thing I would suggest is having an alarm or maybe a lock high up on the downstairs door that leads to hot tub since the room is obviously where the kids would stay with the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is gorgeous and very spacious. The sun room windows look out to the lake and is the best view in the house. The kitchen was well equipped. The steep hill to the lake may be difficult for some, but we had no problems. The kayaks were easily accessible. The Bald Eagles on the lake were an unexpected bonus for this property. The owners communication was excellent! We would definitely stay there again.

The Knee Replacement Crowd

House was great. Access to the lake was hampered by lack of trail or steps or path from the house to the lake. Some repairs need to be done to the dock and boathouse.

Great weekend

Seven teacher friends that enjoy knitting and smocking get together twice a year. This house is our new favorite. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Ample seating in den and large kitchen. Owner and host are easy to communicate with and rapidly reply when needed.

Weekend Away

The house was perfect for us! We absolutely loved the area! We took a trip to Canton for the afternoon. We enjoyed the hot tub and the relaxed feeling in the house!! The large dining room table was perfect for our puzzle and all our game playing! There were plenty of bath towels and towels for the hot tub. We especially loved pickleball courts at the clubhouse. The restaurant was also very tasty!! Thank you for such a fun weekend!!

We spent time with 46 family members this stay at Lake Holly Resort … wonderful reunion of all ages from 2 to 80 years of age. We rented 4 different homes in the resort. We spent most of the times all together in one central large home owned by a faamily member . Wonderful time !! Ifferent

Wonderful family vacation home

This property was immaculate; kitchen was well equipped; bathrooms came with shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. Multi-level home with no grab bars in the shower so would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. It's located on the lake with a beautiful sun room which we renamed the rain room for our stay. Even with the rain, we had a great time being together! It is a great home and wonderful place for families to gather!

Gorgeous House and Stunning views!!

This Lake house was so beautiful and so spacious. The sun room over looking the lake was my favorite. I would sit and enjoy my coffee and just take in the view early in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked had everything you need to cook. We also enjoyed using the grill. It is so family friendly had tons of dvds and board games. We also enjoyed swimming and using the kayaks. We will definitely be back soon!!
