”This hotel is pretty old and tired. Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is that they had replaced the carpet in the room with vinyl plank, so that helped somewhat. There was wingback chair in the room that was fairly threadbare with stains on the arms and seat. The desk chair seat and armrests (vinyl) were worn and had tears in them. The desk, lamp and end tables were scratched and worn. With all that said, the bed was pretty comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. I booked a...

”Staff was very helpful. As a family of 6 the extra sitting room with pullout couch was awesome. Asked for a rollaway bed and was told they no longer provide them but after our long day getting back there was one sitting outside our room. Room was super clean and comfortable. Absolutely would recommend.”

”Stayed in handicap room by not picking room correctly. Clean room but had issue that the door would not close and lock would just open right up very time try to close. Told lead manager and he came over and told us we need to pull up on door and push it closed. Several times in our stay the door would just open up on its own and how is a handicap person to do this when capable person had issues. Had paint peeling in the bathroom and flex shower head was leaking out the wall and head unit. ...
