”Overall, the stay was okay and the location/views were nice, but cleanliness was a major issue for us. As soon as we entered the room, there were multiple moths inside, which was pretty uncomfortable. What was more disappointing was that there was no mention anywhere on the hotel listing that this could be an issue.
They did send someone to clean the room, which we appreciated, but the cleaning itself was not done properly since dead moths were still left on the floor afterward. That made the...

”4pm check in was strictly enforced. The proximity of time zones was a bit confusing. The pool, bar and restaurant overlooked Lake Powell and the vista's beyond. We enjoyed drinks at the pool while waiting for our room and dinner in the restaurant at sunset. The hotel is convenient to many activities. We booked a memorable rafting trip on the Colorado River. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Overall a great value.”

”We stayed here several years ago and came back. The room was okay, a broken bedside lamp and when I informed the front desk so we wouldn’t get charged, the lady didn’t write anything down. We didn’t get charged tho… the breakfast was horrible. The rest was “okay”.”
