”It’s a given that Geejam is a beautifully appointed hotel but the real gem is the staff. Spent the last few days at Geejam while they navigated no power and limited internet but they worked to ensure our comfort. Special acknowledgement to Nadine and Brian who went above and beyond!”

”This place has certainly gone down hill like a horror movie from the 70s scene dated furniture blood on curtain splatters from misquote swatting along with greece stains the bathroom had rusty facutes with missing cover plates oxidation on the door handles bathroom mixed matched tiles. Great location but this place needs a serious overall bottom line.For a big property like this it should have more amenities such as a pool and decent restaurant ”

Some of the servers could also use a bit of basic training — for example, my coffee had some grounds in it and came without milk, the toast arrived but no butter or jam, and the juice glass was barely half full. ”Enjoyable stay at Tropical Lagoon. Banana Room was a convenient choice for us, a bit overpriced though. Considering the room fee, breakfast should have been more varied, not only toast+butter/marmalade, egg, coffee/tea, juice... Some fruits (local fresh banana or something...) & something for the toast perhaps? Little things, but make a difference. Also, one morning they had no bread at all at the restaurant, one evening no fresh fish... All in all, restaurant service leaves some room for...
