”The property sits in a wide area where it has a wide sandy white beach. Away from the crowded place. You can have dinner at the beach or next to it. It has excellent wide variety of food choices that are excellent taste. The staffs, 99% I encountered and interacted with were very helpful, professional and seems to enjoy what they do. Had great interaction with the staff at the bar who provided an excellent drink. The staff that serves us food were very helpful who listened to our questions and...

”Friendly, helpful staff, great swimming pool with easy access. I am mobility challenged and easy access is key. Easy to use amenities. Ice cold air conditioning in room with drinking water & recycling stations nearby on each floor of hotel. Conveniently located less than 1km from well stocked grocery store and a only a five minute Grab or trike from Alona Beach.
Excellent restaurant with Asian and western meal selections. Portions are generous and everything I ordered was delicious. Many year...

”terrible stay. staff were rude, rooms were not clean at all. these furnitures need upgrade. some chairs were even spotted with bloods...dining at the hotel is pricey and small portion. I was not able to get a taxi because it is too far away from the main street. I will never go back to this hotel again”

” Nice pool and garden for relaxing.
Room OK and clean, I miss the water cooker but there was a fridge.
Real nice personal in the lobby day/evening, helpful with tours and taxi/tuk tuk.
Quiet place you need a tuk tuk to go to Alona Beach for action/shopping. ”

”Entrance is a bit far and not instantly clear where we are going to. After finding the marks there's very friendly staff helping out. There's ice cream, small store and restaurant in the area. Massage and lovely jacuzzi area also available, along with some other nice treats. Rooms are very nice and well kept. My main complaint again goes to food offerings, even this was very close to what I can eat, it still was a bit off. Anyway I'm sure most of people find the menu very good at the main...
