”Parking was good, right outside our room. Staff were very friendly and nice. There was a good choice for breakfast of cooked and cereal. The room was clean, did notice a couple of spiders, one small one in the bath which was easily washed down the bath and one above the wardrobe storage, which didn't cause any problems. ”A beautiful rural location with wonderful countryside views and nature in abundance in an elegant and very well cared for property. Attention to detail in seen throughout the hotel from arrival in the car park, through a perfectly manicured courtyard and pleasant reception area.
My room looked out onto fields . Two large windows that let a lovely breeze into the room.
Elegantly decorated room with all you need for a comfortable stay and perfect sleep. The bed was a dream. I slept all night...

”Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this??
We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far).”

”Very reasonable price but we struggled to find horizontal surfaces on which to place phones, wallets and glasses. A couple of small shelves here and there would be greatly appreciated. Likewise, in the absence of wardrobes, options to hang clothes were limited; a few coat hooks on the walls would be a great improvement and take the pressure off the rack on the door. Really enjoyed the Starbeck location. The regular buses to both Harrogate and Knaresborough were wonderful and the train was...
