Your accommodation: The bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a baby cot is available. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine. At the dining table you can eat, work or plan your day trips. You control the lighting via smart home in any color you like. The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, and fresh towels are ready for you.

Access: The apartment is on the ground floor, and the private terrace is right outside. Free parking on the property is included. Check-in is self-service via a key box, from 3 p.m.

Please note: Construction work is currently taking place in the neighborhood on weekdays, so it can occasionally be louder during the day.

House rule: Only guests registered with the booking may stay overnight. We charge EUR 50 per night for each unregistered guest.
