The hot tub had a huge black ring around the edges, not clean - would not even go in it - my first room the tub spout had been worked on but had like a 3 in piece of threaded pipe sticking out of the tub - with the spout screwed onto it - the water was running and could not be turned off and the refigerator made so much noise I had to turn if off to listen to the TV over all the hotel wreaked of old dirty carpet and mold - - The staff did give me a new room but that one the toilet handle stuck on the lid and I had to make sure to push it down so it would quit running the sink faucet was broke so would only provide cool water at best no hot to wash up with - had to use the tube faucet the refigerater when I opened it had no shelves the freezer compartment was removed so it was a big empty shell with ice build up all down the inside of the fridge- I rarely complain about a hotel but I found it unbelievable that this was a Hilton property
