We welcome you to the Rusty Relic. This unique Montana retreat includes a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath top floor unit of a duplex. This space has that classic old-time feel with gorgeous, well-preserved hardwood flooring and the arched entrances will guide you from one room to the next. The Relic overlooks a backyard that is landscaped for your enjoyment and relaxation which includes a new hot tub (note this shared between multiple rental units).

The Rusty Relic is the main floor of the bungalow which has 2 brand new queen beds that reside in each bedroom and a recently refreshed bathroom. Single guests and couples are recommended to stay in the "giraffe" room as it is much quieter for guests staying on the bottom floor of the duplex the “Old West Den.”

Enjoy the beautiful local furnishings including a Montana-made high-top table with swivel stools. The living room has a comfortable couch and a nice leather swivel recliner. There is a big-screen smart TV that comes with access to applications such as Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

The kitchen is stocked with everything that you will need to make you feel right at home.

Internet speeds last tested were nearly 300MB/S.

Parking for the Rusty Relic is the driveway.

Our centrally located Airbnb in the heart of Billings, Montana. With a prime location near downtown, hospitals, shopping, local breweries, and eateries, you'll be perfectly situated to explore all that this vibrant city has to offer.

Located across the street from Terry Park, you'll have easy access to outdoor recreation, including walking, jogging, and relaxing in the park's serene green spaces. A short walk away is Central Park, another lovely outdoor area perfect for picnics or simply enjoying the scenery.

Any stay or booking 10 days or longer requires a basic cleaning (bathroom, vacuum, disinfectant, etc.) from our team either halfway through or every 7 days. Note: this is at NO additional cost to you (the renter).

Access to the washer and dryer that is shared with the Den, located down the back stairs. Don't forget to enjoy the quiet backyard with a fire pit and bbq.
Primary guest (booking) must be at least 25. No unregistered guests allowed. I mean it - no extra guests, no exceptions without written approval. I will charge you an extra headcount fee of $100 per person after the first warning.

- This is a peaceful neighborhood, quiet time is from 10pm - 8am, this is includes hot tub use is only allowed until 10pm.
- If you have keys, please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee

Only normal energy consumption is covered by the rental agreement, any excess energy usage will be billed back to the renter.

- You will receive 1 warning for breaking the house rules. 2nd infraction will result in you being ask to leave without a refund.
