”There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve ”

”Gorgeous castle and beautiful inside. The ceiling is so tall! The room was clean and recently renovated, I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that was confusing is that rooms with the odd numbers were in one wing and the rooms with the even were in another one and the staff did not explain this properly, so it took us awhile to find our room. Besides that everything was great.”

”This historic property is filled with art deco touches. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, soft towels. We were disappointed that there is no on site food option, particularly for breakfast.”

”Disappointed with my stay. The shower head was broken, making it nearly impossible to get a proper rinse. Breakfast was well below expectations, the quality and cleaniness just wasn't there. The room hadn't been properly cleaned: there were stains on both the carpet and the bedding. For the price, I expected much better upkeep and attention to detail. Would not return or recommend until these basic issues are addressed.”

”We enjoy staying at Home 2 by the Galleria Mall in Buffalo, NY. The staff is just wonderful. They are so kind and friendly. Always have smiles on their faces and just happy to welcome you. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. We never have an issue. The morning breakfasts are a delight! We enjoy that the menu changes daily for the hot items. The staff keep everything stocked and cleaned. They’re also very helpful too. We can’t wait to stay again!!!”

”OMG! I always book my hotel in Courtyard or any Marriott hotel, but this hotel is excellent! The GM is super nice along with her staff. We met this operational person and he was super duper nice. We also had a complimentary bottled water for each of us too. 💯 for this hotel.”
