Pool Oasis

This area is so close to the BTR area and perfect for us for a shorter pool-only stay. We love the white beaches of Gulf Shores and don’t go in the wats, but for a nice condo with a view and chill pool this was perfection!!! We enjoyed chatting with the local owners as they came down to enjoy the afternoon. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Location for our family of 6

My family & I stayed here for the extended Memorial Day weekend & had the best time. 4 adults, 1 toddler & an infant all fit comfortably without feeling claustrophic. We loved the split floor plan so each 'family' could have their own bedroom/bathroom with the kitchen & living areas being shared. The condo is in a great location with so many fun things to do & great food options close by. Definitely felt like a home away from home. The PRM & Ocean Club Tower staff were all super friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay here again. :)

Beautiful views/convenient location

This is a lovely condo which was as wonderful as presented. The location is great. It’s a bit noisy from traffic, but it right across the road from the beach. We found it convenient to visit the NASA museum and New Orleans as well as Biloxi.

Beautiful view and Great location

Ocean Club 1404 is a beautiful condo with an amazing view of the beach. The wrap around balcony allows for gorgeous views all day. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware but you will need to bring your own essentials like seasonings, cooking oil/spray and foil. The living room furniture is well worn but still offered comfortable seating. For us, the master bed is a little firm - but everyone has their own comfort level. Overall the unit is amazing, the location is perfect and everyone we met was very friendly.

Mississippi gulf coast did not disappoint

The process of renting and occupying the condo was an easy process that went flawlessly. Once we were in the condo, there was an AC problem. One phone call to the property manager and a repair service was there right away.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO WITH A VIEW

We only stayed for three weeks of our four-week trip to an due to the air conditioning problem for which they were unable to obtain replacement components (Understandable due to shortage). The two-star rating for cleanliness is also unfair, as they had issues with maid service (due to COVID). 2 stars on communication with PRM (Management Company), as they did not respond to several of my emails and I had to call multiple times before getting a call back (again, maybe due to COVID). They ended up refunding the remaining days as well as half-off for the days we were without air conditioning, which we were more than happy with. Note to condo owner: There are a few items that need to be addressed for the comfort of future guests: The lock on the MB door to the latch falls off. The scale is broken (put new batteries but no luck) A replacement bulb is required in the MB wall at the sink. The right sink on the MB does not drain. Microwave turntable is not working Lights near the kitchen table has an electrical problem. The light kept flickering and eventually stopped operating. WiFi was spotty (ended using hot spot) The lights in the guest room are out. The condo itself is lovely. They had a sensitizer and anti-bacteria wipes by the 1st floor elevator. Overall, the building is well-kept and maintained, and the location is excellent. Hoping to stay there in future post COVID.

Beautiful View from Above

We had an awesome time in Biloxi. The condo's balcony was the best. We could see everything. We did remember to bring binoculars and was able to look out into the waters, but during our stay unfortunately didn't see any dolphins. The condo itself lacked a bit of cleanliness, carpet in bedroom had big stains. The other floors without carpet didn't look dirty but they were, we accidently spilled water on floor and when cleaned it up the paper towel was black, and bottoms of our feet was dirty from floor. Overall the condo was very clean except for the floors. We had issues trying to cook at the condo as the kitchen didn't have very good cooking pans, especially the skillet. The bedroom (not master) had the a air conditioner that kicked on and off all night waking you up and the little frige in the room made noises, so we were awakened several times in the night. We were given 6 keys and one fob for the condo and no note on to what they were all for so with that only one key worked and we could of used another fob so that as couples we could split up if wanted but couldn't due to fob is for getting into the building. But we managed along and had an awesome stay. The beaches at Biloxi are very very clean and wonderful. All the people are very nice and the food, especially the fresh seafood at the surrounding restrauants was delicious. The people that we rented the condo from are very very nice and helpful. I would definitly stay at Biloxi again and would stay at the Ocean Club condo's. Thanks

It was “ok”

The place was beautiful but we had lots of technical issues. The TV’s had issues multiple times and every time we turned them on we had to mess with them to get them to work, lots of burned out light bulbs in the unit, the pans in the kitchen were not good at all, the parking garage was ridiculously small and making the turns to the next level were very tight. We actually damaged our vehicle on the first day there and did not park in it again! There are seriously very few restaurants in the area and we couldn’t get hot water in the kitchen. The mini fridge in the 2nd bedroom buzzed all night and was annoying and made it hard to fall asleep the first few days. The positives were the place is beautiful and well kept, the beds were very comfortable, the view was amazing and it was very quiet.

The condo is beautiful! Perfect views of the Gulf Coast and great people watching from the floor to ceiling windows! Property manager was amazingly helpful and sweet. The building is quiet and we had a great stay. We will be back!

Amazing views and phenomenal accomodations

The breathtaking views were beyond our expectations. The building is beautiful and well maintained and the condo itself is beautiful and comfortable. Many mornings we sat on the patio just looking out at the ocean, it's a peaceful view and there is so much you can see. The low tides in the evening are a perfect time to go exploring with a flashlight! (Bring bug spray) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for sharing this beautiful spot on the Mississippi coast, we are sad to go!

Thanksgiving Escape

The property was great, first time in this unit, but have stayed in the complex before. Everybody you meet is very friendly and makes you feel like you own the place. Check in was a little confusing. I was expecting the communication was going to be through Vrbo as in the past, instead it was through a different email and it went to my spam folder. Can't wait to go back!

Biloxi visit

We frequently visit Biloxi and this is our favorite location in which to stay. Short drive to everything. This particular condo was comfortable and met all our needs. Maintenance needs to pay attention to the burned out light bulbs.
